Creative Mental health and well-being workshops

Our mental health and well-being workshops are similar to our puppet/creative workshops but wouldn’t have as much making. More creative engagement and smaller activities that can involve group work, discussion, games, drama, and education.

These workshops are usually for ages 7 and upwards including just for adults if preferred and can cover a range of topics. Such as bullying, anxiety, depression, self-care, self-harm, well-being, self-esteem, body image, etc. Were happy to also adapt to certain topics based on the client's requests.

These workshops can be one off sessions of about an 1 hour/2 hours or a series of sessions with different topics.

Talks

Me and Little Debz have been invited over the years to do a series of talks based on our own journey together. This can involve talking about setting up your own business, our mental health and mental health recovery, education, creativity, and the human condition. We just really love connecting and engaging with others and hoping by sharing our own experiences can help and spread awareness. We feel it's important to share and also hear your stories to as were all important and deserve to be listened and listened to. We believe that everyone should have access to education and the tools for support and creativity.
