Why do we sleep? To much? Too little? Dreams? Waking lives? Local Social enterprises How It Felt & ScrapAntics are teaming up to bring you a full day of activities, Talk by Dr Lizzie Hill, creative exploration, discussion and sensory experiences around sleep. Let’s come together to explore this shared human experience. To look into deeper meanings and support each other of why sleep is important and how the modern world affects it and how it affects our own well-being. With special guest Dr. Lizzie Hill sleep specialist providing a talk and Q&A as part of this full creative day event. 26th of March 10am - 4pm Due to the guidelines changing on the 17th of May for public spaces we will be arranging to have our event in person at ScrapAntics Unit 2 Meadow Mill West Henderson Wynd Dundee with limited numbers. An activity pack will be provided at the event or posted/dropped off if guidelines change Lunch will be provided Timetable for the day 10am - 11am Introductions and ice breaker 11am - 12pm Talk by Dr Lizzie Hill in Sleep health followed by Q& A. 12pm -12.45pm Sleep and Mental health discussion and activity 12.45pm - 1.30pm Lunch break and free to chat 1.30pm - 2.30pm Art activity from your sleep packs 2.30pm - 3pm Storytelling 3pm - 4pm Yoga and Meditation Followed by reflections If Guidelines change again before the 26th of May we will move the event to online with zoom and email in advance.
